Payments can be made at any time by phone or online. Use your Credit card, debit card, or electronic check through Paymentus® Bill Payment Service. Paymentus® is an independent provider and charges a $1.89 fee per transaction. ATM or Debit cards with the “NYCE®”, “PULSE®”, or “STAR®” logo can be used for payment. Visa® , MasterCard® , American Express® , or Discover® credit cards can be used as well. Payments made through Paymentus® will be processed the following business day.
